Emergency Preparedness (EP) Week is a national event that takes place annually during the first full week of May. Federal, Provincial, Territorial and Municipal governments all take part in EP Week activities, along with first responders, emergency management officials, non-governmental organizations and others.
This year's theme is: "Be Aware. Be Prepared. Emergency Preparedness Starts with YOU"
Brampton Emergency Management Office (BEMO) staff together with Brampton Community Emergency Response Volunteers (CERV) provide information to the public about the risks in the community and promote personal preparedness.
Join us at our EP Week events and you could also win prizes!
