Have you checked your mailbox lately? Voter Notices are on the way!

BRAMPTON, ON – If you are an eligible voter in the Brampton Municipal Election, be sure to check your mailbox for your Voter Notice delivered by Canada Post. Voter Notices have been mailed to everyone who is currently on the Voters’ List. A brown envelope, containing election information and Voter Notices for each voter at an address, is on its way and should be delivered in the next few days.

The Voter Notice is an important document. Voters are asked to take their Voter Notice and a piece of identification with them when they go to vote in October.

Didn’t receive a Voter Notice?
If you don’t receive a Voter Notice, your name may not be on the Voters’ List. Visit the City’s website to see if you are on the Voters’ List.

You can also update your information or request to be added to the Voters’ List on the City’s website. Updates and online registration for the Voters’ List can be done until 11:59 pm on October 13.

Can I vote without a Voter Notice?
Yes, just remember to take a piece of identification showing your name and qualifying Brampton address to the voting location. If you are not on the Voters’ List, you can be added to the list at the voting location.

When and where to vote?
Advance voting takes place on October 2-4, 6, 9-11, and 13. To find the Advance Voting location closest to you, click here.

Voting Day is on October 22. On this day, you can vote at any location within your ward. You can find the list of locations in your ward here.

Can’t make it to a voting location?
