This week the City is celebrating its Customer Service teams during National Customer Service Week from October 5 to 12. We join organizations and our Union partners across Canada to celebrate this important week.

We are a team of 6,000 that represent a great city of over 650,000 residents. Our frontline staff continue to serve Brampton by providing essential and critical services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are especially grateful for their service, and that of all frontline workers in our community. Meet the unsung heroes of the #DreamTeamBrampton:

• Animal Services: They keep our furry residents safe and healthy.
• By-Law: They keep our community safe and in order.
• Fire and Emergency Services: Keep our community safe and protected.
• Licensing and Permit Services: Our teams across the organization that provide licenses and permits to businesses, individuals and organizations across the City.
• Parks: They keep our parks safe and enjoyable for all to use.
• Recreation: Welcoming the community with a smile and helping hand.
• Road Operations: Help keep our roadways safe and clear for all to use.
• Service Brampton: The first point of contact for our community. Whether in person or over the phone they are always available and ready to assist you.
• Transit: Keep our community moving and connect people to family, work, school and play.
• And many more.

Along with our frontline staff, we have a large team that works behind the scenes to support and drive the many customer service areas across the city.

Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the community.

Happy Customer Service Week!
