The City is committed to using Artificial Intelligence in a responsible, transparent and​ ethical manner. Throughout the AI Proof of Concept Program, the City will follow established ethical guidelines to protect privacy, safeguard data, prevent bias and ensure AI solutions are used fairly and appropriately. All AI initiatives are reviewed through a risk‑based approach and align with City policies, municipal values, and data governance and security standards to ensure technology is used in the best interest of both employees and residents.
