Fringe (2008) Pilot episode staring Joshua Jackson
The Border (2009) starring James McGowan
Flashpoint (2009) starring Hugh Dillon
Happy Town (2009) starring Sam Neil and Stephen Weber

The building was subsequently torn down to make room for the new Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness.
