A strong creative sector helps to drive productivity and economic growth through knowledge based activities (R&D; commercialization of ideas.) A vibrant arts and culture scene creates a unique destination.
Brampton City Council is committed with a five-year economic development plan to pursue and promote the development of a creative economy in the city. Areas of focus include cultivating entrepreneurship.
