Virtual Programming

Garden Square curates free and accessible arts & cultural programming for all Bramptonians. Since opening in 2015, Garden Square has programmed hundreds of programs and events for the community, and has become a gathering space in the heart of downtown Brampton. Programmed July through August, and host to many other events throughout the year, residents can enjoy free online entertainment all summer long. Follow Garden Square on social media for more!​​

Pride in the Square 2020

On July 5, celebrate Brampton’s third annual Pride in the Square – Virtual Edition. Although we cannot gather in person in Garden Square, Pride continues in a new, creative way!

Enjoy an exciting lineup of online entertainment all day, including Drag Storytime with Fay & Fluffy, arts and craft tutorials hosted by CANVAS Arts Action Programs, and family drama activities. Tune in to Chris Ning's live evening performance, and join us for the Pride After Party ! The tradition continues virtually with DJ Ace Dillinger spinning on Instagram Live.

At the Market 2019

​Spend your Saturday mornings at the market. Shop local farmers and vendors, and learn something new. Enjoy free feature demonstrations, from cooking to gardening, and everything in between! Programming runs between 10 AM - 12 PM. The Farmer's Market is open from 7 AM - 1 PM.

Saturday Night Movies 2019

Bring the whole family for a double-header screening of two box office hits every Saturday evening. Come early (starting at 6 PM) to take part in pre-movie activities like meeting costumed characters, pop-up performances, giveaways, and more. Movies start at 7 PM and 9 PM.
