
Mayor Brown and Members of Council invite you to celebrate Filipino Heritage Month with Halo-Halo
Filipino Independence Day is an annual national holiday in the Philippines observed on June 12, commemorating the independence of the Philippines from Spain. To celebrate this occasion, the City of Brampton will be hosting a public "Halo-Halo" event at City Hall, in partnership with the Federation of Filipino Canadians of Brampton (FFCB)
The event will be hosted by Mayor Brown and Members of Council, and will include musical and dance performances, tasty refreshments provided by local restaurants, and of course, halo-halo - a popular Filipino cold dessert

11:30 AM - Reception begins in City Hall Conservatory

- Lumpia shanhgi, pansit bihon, Filipino dessert and the popular Halo-Halo!
- Performances by Fiesta Filipina, The Giggle Gang, Lilac Cano and Zandro Cinco
