 Attending the Show

Arts Adventures Arrivals & Departures

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the show
  • Seating is at the discretion of House Management (size of group, arrival time, age range, booking order and special needs are taken into consideration)
  • When your bus arrives on Theatre Lane you will be guided by staff to the front of the building via Garden Square. Please do not let your students out of the bus before reaching the front of the building.
  • When it is safe, your students will be invited to descend the bus and enter the theatre where they will be greeted by an usher and guided to their seats.
  • After the performance, all students who arrived by bus should remain in their seats until their school bus letter is called over the main speakers. These letters will be assigned by our staff when your bus arrives.
  • Schools are released in the order in which busses arrive for pick-up. Show durations can be found on individual performance web pages and in the Arts Adventures Season Guide.
  • Please remember to be patient. Safety is our first priority and it is important to follow this procedure to ensure that everyone returns to school safely.

  • Students must be accompanied by a teacher or adult supervisor should they need to use the facilities.
  • Latecomers will be seated during a suitable break in the performance to avoid disturbing the performers and other audience members.
  • Gum, food and beverages are not permitted inside the theatre.
  • Cameras, audio and video recorders are strictly prohibited during the performance unless otherwise specified in the preshow announcement or by the presenter.
  • Theatre Management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket price.
