The second most recognized element of Brampton’s new BRT service is the Züm station stops. Featuring Züm’s one-of-a-kind branding and colour scheme, the station stops are unique to the GTA thanks to their modern design, functionality and size.Customer-focused features include:
- Digital displays that post next bus information in real time (i.e. next bus in 3 minutes)
- Large, heated waiting areas (radiant heat)
- Increased lighting and security cameras
- Comfortable street furniture
- A wheelchair loading area
- Litter and recycling bins
- An information centre that includes a detailed map, customer service information and route schedules

Bramalea Terminal
The Züm Queen Street launch in the fall of 2010 also featured the grand opening of the new Bramalea Terminal. Located across the street from the Region of Peel building, the terminal seamlessly connects the Züm Queen Street line with Brampton Transit’s conventional routes and offers new technologies, improved passenger waiting areas and comfortable amenities.

Other terminal features include:
- Two large, covered platforms that offer protection from the weather
- 18 bus bays (eight on the main platform, 10 at the secondary platform)
- Three enclosed passenger waiting areas
- Designated areas for washrooms, customer service information, security and operations
- Bike storage, outdoor seating and enhanced landscaping
- New customer service technologies include:
- Bus arrival information posted in real time on LCD screens (similar to arrival/departure information boards at airports)
- PRESTO equipment (balance check machines and the ability to purchase and upload at customer service)
- New transit priority measures include:
- Dedicated transit only turning lanes
- Signal technology that allow all buses to get into and out of the terminal quickly
Shoppers World Terminal
Design and construction of the new transit terminal at Shoppers World is underway. This new gateway terminal will be located at the northwest corner of Main Street and Steeles Avenue. Construction begins in October 2011, with the grand opening scheduled for the fall of 2012.
