Brampton Transit Buses
Various properties owned and operated by the City of Brampton are equipped with Electronic Security Video Surveillance (CCTV). To provide increased safety for Brampton Transit riders and Bus Operators, we're installing on-board security cameras on all of our transit vehicles. Decals will be posted to let you know that cameras are present on the bus:
What is CCTV?
Electronic Security Video Surveillance (CCTV) is a television system that operates on a "closed loop" physical or virtual connection basis. Unlike broadcast television, which is available to anyone with a suitable receiver, CCTV pictures are only available to those directly connected to the loop.
