A Better Ride Is Here: Next-Stop Announcements
Brampton Transit implemented an automated next-stop announcement system on its buses. This new system enhances overall customer service and improves accessibility for our riders. Here’s how it works:
• An LED sign at the front of the bus interior displays the next bus stop location, allowing you to prepare to exit the bus.
• At the same time, a voice announces the stop.
• As the bus approaches each stop, riders waiting at the bus stop also hear the announcement.
