Connecting Transit
Brampton Transit connects to the following transit agencies:
GO Transit

Brampton Transit riders travelling to and from a GO Train station pay only $0.65 when you show a valid Proof of Payment (POP) ticket, monthly pass, or two-ride or 10-ride ticket. Some conditions apply:
- GO monthly and day passes will be accepted when they are from the current month and date.
- GO single-ride tickets will only be accepted when travelling from a GO Train Station. Tickets must have the current date and time cancellation from the connecting GO Train or Bus trip.
- If you are travelling to a GO Train Station, two- and 10-ride tickets must have at least one un-cancelled ride remaining.
- If you are travelling from a GO Train Station, two- and 10-ride tickets must show the current date and time cancellation from the connecting GO Train or Bus trip.
Eligible GO Train stations and services:
- Mount Pleasant GO Station (ZONE 34)
- Downtown Brampton GO Station (ZONE 33)
- Bramalea GO Station – Steeles & Bramalea (ZONE 32)
- Malton GO Station (ZONE 31)
- GO’s York University Hwy 407 bus service
When you board a Brampton Transit bus and present the Bus Operator with a valid GO ticket or pass, you'll be eligible to receive a transfer.
GO Transit Group Passes and GO Transit Photo ID Employee Passes will not be accepted.
Mississauga Transit

Brampton Transit has a fare agreement with Mississauga Transit at bus stops where transit routes intersect and pass along the same route. Mississauga Transit passes and transfers are accepted at these points. Please request a transfer when you board.
Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)

TTC transfers are only accepted at certain points along Route 77 Highway 7. TTC accepts Brampton Transit transfers at these same points. TTC transfers are accepted at the following Route 77 Highway 7 stops.
These transfer points are:
- Promenade Mall
- Centre Street & Atkinson Avenue
- Centre Street & Dufferin Road
- Keele Street & Highway 7
- Jane Street & Highway 7
- Weston Road & Highway 7
- Pine Valley Drive & Highway 7
Mississauga Transit/TTC Route 58 stops at:
- Airport Road and Derry Road
- Westwood Mall
NOTE: Zone 3 must be punched on the TTC Route 58 transfer.
York Region Transit/VIVA

Brampton Transit’s Route 77 Highway 7 is a shared route with York Region Transit (YRT).
For travel on Brampton Transit Route 77:
- YRT/Viva tickets that have not been validated are to be deposited into the fare box upon boarding.
- YRT/Viva transfers and validated YRT/Viva tickets are permitted providing it is the correct date and the time has not expired.
- YRT/Viva passes of the correct month are permitted.
- If you are travelling in York Region on a Brampton Transit bus operating Route 77, you are entitled to receive a YRT transfer if using a YRT/Viva ticket that is not validated or when using cash fare.
- Validated tickets must be shown openly to the Bus Operator as a transfer and must not be put in fare boxes.
For travel on YRT Route 77:
- Brampton Transit tickets are to be deposited into the fare box upon boarding.
- Brampton Transit transfers are permitted providing it is the correct date and the time has not expired.
- Brampton Transit passes of the correct month are permitted.
- You are then entitled to receive a YRT transfer with a validity period of two hours from the time of boarding.
Transferring to routes intersecting with Route 77 in Brampton:
- YRT/Viva transfers and validated YRT/Viva tickets are permitted providing it is the correct date and the time has not expired.
- YRT/Viva passes of the correct month are permitted.
- You are then entitled to receive a Brampton Transit transfer with a validity period of two hours from the start time of the intersecting route.
Transferring to routes intersecting with Route 77 in York Region:
- YRT/Viva transfers and validated YRT/Viva tickets are permitted providing it is the correct date and the time has not expired.
- YRT/Viva passes of the correct month are permitted.
General:
- Brampton Transit tickets, passes and transfers are only accepted on YRT Route 77 and not accepted on any other YRT/Viva service.
- Current YRT/Viva cash fare is applicable when boarding in York Region, east of Highway 50.
- Current Brampton Transit cash fare is applicable when boarding in Peel Region, west of Highway 50.
- If you are travelling on Viva you must retain a validated ticket, pass or transfer as proof of payment while on the service.
