Aqua Zumba (14+ Years) - AZ(14+)
Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!  There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Aquafit Deep Water (14+ Years) - AFD(14+)
A challenging, non-impact program conducted in deep water.  Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable in deep water.  Buoyancy belts will be provided.
Aquafit Shallow Water High Intensity (14+ Years) - AFS-H(14+)
A high intensity program with drills and hard-core exercises using the natural resistance properties of the water.  This challenging interval training class incorporates cardio and muscle training and will give you an extra push to surpass your comfort zone.
Aquafit Shallow Water Low Intensity (14+ Years) - AFS-L(14+)
This program is a low-impact, low intensity water fitness class.  It is ideal for seniors, participants with medical conditions or anyone who is looking to start working out.  Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable in chest deep water.
Aquafit Shallow Water Moderate Intensity (14+ Years) - AFS-M(14+)
A moderate intensity fitness workout in shallow to chest-deep water.   Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable in chest deep water.
Aquafit Water Walkers (55+ Years)- AFWW(55+)
A class for all fitness levels using the resistance of the water to intensify results.  A low-impact workout followed by a relaxing warm down.  Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable in chest deep water.
Female Only Programming - (F)
The City of Brampton is committed to providing environments where activities can occur for all.  We recognize that there are times where a single gender environment may provide a better opportunity for our residents to succeed.  Female only programming is indicated by the (F) on our drop-in schedules.
Lane Swim - LS
Open to anyone interested in swimming lengths.
Public Swim - PS
Open to participant of all ages and swimming abilities.
Public Swim (18+ Years) - PS(18+)
Open to participant 18 years of age or older of all swimming abilities.
Public Swim Parent and Child (Under 10 Years) - PSPC(U10)
Open to children 10 years of age or younger accompanied by a parents/guardian in the water.
Underwater Hockey (14+ Years) - UWH(14+)
This is a co-ed team sport in which two teams compete to push the puck across the pool into a goal.  Participants must bring their own equipment.
