Station 207

Station 207Station 207 is located at 75 Vodden Street East. The Station houses an aerial and an antique pumper. Fashioned after the earlier style firehouses, Station 207 is designed to accommodate school tours and other public education activities. Many old artifacts are on display, and all firefighters at this station are well trained to conduct tours and educate the public about the importance of fire safety. It is the only station we have with a working fire pole. It also boast a hose drying tower, which is both functional and an important design element for this type of station.

The response area of Station 207 includes older residential and commercial properties, and newer residential areas. This station serves a large portion of the downtown area.

Antique Pumper

Our antique pumper is a 1927 American LaFrance Foamite pumper. Although this vehicle was never in active service in Brampton, it served for many years in the Toronto borough of Etobicoke, and last saw active duty in Northern Ontario.

The truck is used for parades, educational and promotional purposes.
