Project Details - Schedule C

The City of Brampton has carried out a Class Environmental Assessment for two new Works and Transportation Satellite Yards. In order to best address operational deficiencies and the need for additional satellites yards, a number of alternative sites in the North East and South West quadrants will be examined for potential development including the overall impact of such improvements on the social, cultural and natural environments.

The study was being carried out in accordance with the planning and design process for Schedule ‘C’ projects as outlined in the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (October 2000, as amended in 2007), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act.
