Fitness Memberships

Brampton’s most affordable way to get active and have fun. Enjoy fitness, swimming, skating and racquet sports. Whatever your interests are, Brampton has the membership for you.

Amenities at Facilities

 Membership Terms
expandPurchase Date
Annual memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
expand Memberships Include
  • Fitness Memberships are valid at all city recreation centres.
  • Neighbourhood Memberships are valid at all city recreation centres except the fitness centres at:  Chinguacousy Wellness Centre, South Fletchers Sportsplex and Cassie Campbell Community Centre.
  • Racquet Memberships include squash and racquetball city-wide.
  • CBRA Racquet Membership are valid at Chris Gibson and Ellen Mitchell.  You must be a valid member of the CBRA.
expandMembership Entry
  • Members are required to present/scan their valid membership card at the front desk prior to entering the Fitness area.
  • Memberships are valid for single person use and are not transferable. 
expandAge Categories
  • Adult - refers to a person 18-54 years of age.
  • Adult 55+ - refers to a person 55 years of age and older.
  • Privileged Senior - refers to a person 70 years of age and older.  Proof of age is required and applies to Recreational Swimming & Skating only.
  • Student - refers to a person 18 years of age and older attending an accredited school on a full-time basis (proof of full time status is required upon request).
  • Youth - refers to a person 14 - 17 years of age.
  • Child – refers to a person 14 years of age and under

Fit Zone – is a fitness centre available at Century Gardens specifically designed for Youth 7 – 14 years of age.
expandNon-Residents
Non-residents are required to pay an additional surcharge of 25% up to a maximum of $50.00 per program.  The surcharge is included in the fee. 
expandProgram Scheduling
The City of Brampton reserves the rights to cancel or alter any program information without prior notice
expandFacility Hours
Facility hours are subject to change on statutory holidays or during the summer.  The facility staff will make an effort to advertise these well in advance. 
expandMonthly Payment Plan
The overall fee for the "monthly payment plan membership" is based on an initial payment equivalent to two months and 10 post-dated payments at the time of purchase.
expandRefunds
Refunds may be available upon request, some conditions apply.  A $10.00 administration fee will apply to all approved refunds. Note: Refunds on short-term memberships are not eligible.
expandRules & Regulations
Failure to co-operate with the rules and regulations may result in suspension of or termination of your membership privileges.  Scheduled payments that are returned with insufficient funds or invalid credit card for 2 consecutive non-payments will result in membership cancellation.  Missed payments will be subject to an administration charge.
expandExtension/Suspension
Memberships will be extended or suspended upon request for up to the duration of the membership for a fee of $10.00.
