Barn Adventures

Don’t be cooped up in school all year….come on out and take a tour of our Barn! Students will have an opportunity to learn about their favourite barn-yard animals as well as be able to interact with them up close at our petting zoo. We also offer tours of our Tropical Gardens and Greenhouse! In addition to all this students will have a chance to explore our Children’s Gardens filled with fresh growing produce and a 5 senses garden.

groups are welcome to remain after their tour to utilize our playground all under their own supervision
there is a minimum group charge for 15 children per booking

To book your trip, please visit our administration desk in Chinguacousy Park. A security deposit payable to the City of Brampton will be required to reserve your date and final payment will be due day of your booking.

Tennis and Curling School Program

Our program offers participants the chance to learn and develop their skills in either tennis or curling. Our nationally certified instructors provide physically involved activities and use structured programs to teach the core skills needed in each sport. Within each program, we create positive learning environments for participants to get the full benefits of the sport, as well have fun! Our safe and user-friendly equipment is modified for school gymnasiums and auditoriums. The equipment ensures that students will be able to have a fun and safe atmosphere while learning two great Canadian sports. Each program provides students with a chance to learn the basic rules and concepts of the sport as well as make it easy to transition to the tennis courts or curling arenas in Brampton.

Simply choose our Tennis or Curling program and we will do the rest! If you are unsure which program to choose, we can offer both programs at your school. Each program has been created for a 45-60 minute time frame and can be modified accordingly. Both our in-school programs provide teachers, students and parent’s the opportunity to learn and develop a relationship with the individual sport for the rest of their life.

Are you planning a Play Day for your school? Why don’t you have one here at our 100 acre recreation park! We can offer a variety of activities, programs, sports and games to bring out the best in your students on this special day. At Chinguacousy Park we can provide you and your students a play day that they will cherish for the rest of their lives. We are in the business of making great memories!!!
