Once you have picked up your permit, please review all documents for changes that may have been made to the submitted drawings. If any changes raise concern, please review them with your plans examiner.
Attached to your approved plans will be a permit card and a card with required inspections indicated. To avoid costly delays to the construction process, please ensure that the appropriate stages of construction are inspected.
How to Request Inspections?

Production home builders may submit multiple site inspection requests using the
Production Res. Inspection Request form.
All inspection requests received before 2pm will be scheduled for the next business day.
Mandatory Inspections
Please review the list of mandatory inspections for your type of permit (located on the back of your permit card) as some of these may not apply.
