Request a Congratulatory Certificate from the Mayor

Congratulatory certificates are provided to individuals, groups, businesses, and other organizations to commemorate the following:

 

  • Anniversaries
  • Birthdays
  • Milestone occasions
  • Official openings
  • Outstanding community service
  • Special honours

Congratulatory certificates do not constitute a personal or civic endorsement and are issued at the discretion of the City of Brampton.

 

Individuals and organizations wishing to obtain a congratulatory certificate must first submit a formal request in writing to the Office of the Mayor through the online form below.  All requests will be reviewed by a member of the Mayor’s staff, who will contact you if further information is required.  Please allow five business days for a response.

 


Please also note that requests should be submitted a minimum of four weeks in advance of the print deadline.  Requests with incomplete or missing information will not be considered.
