Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO)
The Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) is a non-profit organization representing almost all of Ontario’s 444 municipal governments. The mandate of the organization is to support and enhance strong and effective municipal government in Ontario.
Representing Brampton on AMO, Mayor Fennell provides input on the policy directions of the organization. Since becoming Chair of the FCM Ontario Caucus, Mayor Fennell has also formally established herself as the primary liaison between the Caucus and AMO on issues of mutual interest to be raised with senior levels of government.
