Mayor's Youth Team

A dynamic and dedicated group of students who represent all 18 secondary schools in the City of Brampton, the Mayor’s Youth Team strives to engage and empower youth through events, programs, activities and discussions.
Members of the Mayor’s Youth Team encourage others to be active in the community, and engage their peers on issues such as civic engagement, youth trends, environmental causes, world issues, youth recognition, youth employment, violence, and bullying.
Young people want the opportunity to make a difference in their community, and the Mayor’s Youth Team helps to create an environment for youth in which they can take the extra step and help to bring about change for the greater good.
