| Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, implementing and delivering age-appropriate programs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a safe and clean program environment
- Supervise, train and evaluate part-time staff and volunteers to maintain high level of service
- Assist program participants with daily needs and personal hygiene if required
- Various administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Current Standard First Aid/CPR”C”
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certificate, an asset
- Experience developing and conducting staff training
- Experience coaching and evaluating staff
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards
- Customer Service Excellence training
- Proven leadership skills along with the ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills coupled with superior customer service skills
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check, at their own expense, prior to commencing employment
Rate of Pay:$12.00 to $20.00 per hour
