| Major Responsibilities:- Assist with the planning, implementation and delivery of safe dance group classes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in selecting and providing appropriate music for dance programs
- Assist with the choreography for dance recitals, if required
- Assist with the coordination of costumes for final recital and/or competitions if required
- Maintain a safe and clean facility
Qualifications:- Current technical and practical training at an advanced level in one or more of the dance disciplines (acrobatics, ballet, belly dancing, jazz, tap, hip hop, Jr. creative movement classes)
- Current Emergency First Aid/CPR “B”
- Experience teaching dance classes
- Experience teaching children preferred
- Leadership and program planning skills
- Enjoy working with children
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check, at their own expense, prior to commencing employment
Rate of Pay:Minimum wage to $20.00 per hour | | Major Responsibilities:- Plan, implement and conduct safe dance group classes
