Brampton Business Ambassador Selection Criteria
1. Do you travel internationally for business?
2. Are you associated with a Brampton business or a member of an international association?
3. Are you interested in Brampton and have a working knowledge of the city's advantages?
4. Are you interested in sharing contacts and ideas to attract new business?
5. Can you identify new business leads for Brampton?
6. Do you demonstrate a desire to make a difference?
If you answered yes to any of these questions you could be an Ambassador!
What is expected as a Business Ambassador?
• Contact the Economic Development Office prior to business travel for any promotional materials required.
• Provide updates and advise of any contact leads or referrals for follow-up by the Economic Development Office
upon return.
• Assist in hosting visiting delegations to Brampton, when required.
• Attend an annual Ambassador meeting to identify exposure, feedback and obtain updated market information.
