New Hotel Breaks Ground in Brampton

 JM Hospitality Group has broken ground on the location for their new Hilton Garden Inn in Brampton. Located adjacent to the Pearson Convention Centre at 2648 Steeles Ave. E., the new Hilton will be over 81,000 square feet, 7 storeys, with 132 suites, meeting rooms and an indoor swimming pool.
Mayor Susan Fennell and Councillor Sandra Hames both attended the Official Groundbreaking held on Wednesday, June 23, 2010.
The new Hilton Garden Inn is expected to be open in 2011.
