Specialty Music Producer Expands in Brampton

Somerset Entertainment recently celebrated the opening of its’ expanded Brampton distribution centre located at 321 Parkhurst Square.

Now 76,000 square feet the expanded warehouse provides Somerset, a leading producer and distributor of specialty music, with double the original space. Selling primarily through non-traditional retailers using interactive displays the company will utilize the eight shipping docks, 4,000 pallet locations and 16 shipping stations to deliver its 19 diverse product lines that represent a variety of music genres, including world, relaxation, jazz, classical, children’s and hit compilations.

Headquartered in Toronto with other offices in the United States and England Somerset employs over 30 people locally and 150 worldwide. In addition to their Compact Disc line Somerset is also has an exclusive licensing agreement with Fisher Price, marketing and distributing the popular Little People series of DVDs.
