Brampton Go Station Improvements

  • In 2008 GO Transit began construction on improvements to the Brampton GO Station. Project completed in 2010.
  • These improvements include the addition of a new platform south of the existing tracks, a new west tunnel connecting the platform to the downtown area, and the construction of an elevator for the existing east tunnel.
  • Downtown Brampton will be a significant beneficiary of the ongoing GO investment to improve its tracks and provide enhanced, all day 2 way service, and ultimately enhance our regional transit connectivity.

Brampton Home Hardware Celebrates Grand Opening

On June 24th, Dealer-Owner Paul Capobianco and his father Dominic will celebrate the grand opening of Brampton Home Hardware, their third Home Hardware store in the Greater Toronto Area. The store is located at 9 Hansen Road South and the celebration will begin at 9:00 a.m.

 

With over 70 years of combined experience, Paul and Dominic are no strangers to the hardware industry. The father and son duo, also Dealer-Owners of Streetsville Home Hardware in Mississauga and Westwood Home Hardware in Malton, is thrilled to be providing Brampton homeowners and contractors with the exceptional service they have come to expect from Home Hardware.

To celebrate their grand opening, Paul and Dominic will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by refreshments and price specials on everything area residents will need to kick start summer. There will also be product demonstrations from various suppliers and draws for prizes. Te grand opening celebration runs from Friday, June 24th to Sunday, June 26th .
