Poutine Dare to be Fresh Grand Opening

On Friday March 25th, Mayor Susan Fennell and several members of council were on hand to help celebrate the grand opening of Poutine Dare to be Fresh as the new restaurant opened at 20 Main Street South in Downtown Brampton. Poutine Dare to be Fresh specializes in serving the traditional Quebec favourite Poutine , a dish made by topping french fries with cheese curds and gravy. Owner Graham Ward is excited to be located in the downtown and the restaurant has created 8 jobs in the local business community.
