The time has come, this Saturday marks the final day of the 2014 Brampton Farmers’ Market season. Free Pumpkin Decorating will be provided by the Brampton Downtown Development Corporation for the first 200 children to arrive. Come downtown between 7am and 1pm, enjoy the final Market with family and friends, and stock up for your Thanksgiving Dinner!
The 2014 Brampton Farmers’ Market opens June 21st and will run from 7 am to 1 pm, rain or shine, every Saturday until Thanksgiving Weekend. Located in the Downtown core, the Brampton Farmers’ Market spans from Main Street North between Nelson St. & Queen St., to Main Street South, between Queen Street & John Street.
Be sure to join us this season for fresh produce, meats, dairy, and baked goods, as well as activities for the entire family to enjoy! Art In The Open, organized by the Brampton Arts Council, provides artisans and crafters the opportunity to sell their original hand-made products weekly in Garden Square. Brampton’s Farmers’ Market welcomes non-profit community groups to the event in order to educate and share opportunities. If you are involved in a community group and would like to participate in the market, please contact the City of Brampton’s Economic Development office to find out more. Our market attracts a diverse crowd of shoppers and to maintain an atmosphere of respect and neutrality we will not be accepting applications from religious organizations or political parties/campaigns of any type.
