Quotation, Tender, Request for Proposal
These Terms and Conditions form a part of each Quotation, Tender, Request for Proposal, and contract and apply to contracts for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment and services.
All Bid Documents issued by the Corporation will bind the bidders to the terms and conditions herein set forth, except as specifically qualified in the Special Provisions issued in connection with any individual bid call.
