New Years Eve 2011
Downtown Brampton will be glowing this New Year’s Eve! Starting at 7 pm, head to the Downtown Village to enjoy free family entertainment. Take in the street carnival and wandering buskers, warm up and roast a marshmallow or two at many fire pits, peruse the ice sculptures, get in some skating, and maybe plan to meet and greet with Puss In Boots.
Starting at 8 pm on the main stage, local bands will warm up the crowd.
Then Thornley will take the stage at a 9:10 following the fireworks and finally, rocking you out of 2011 will be Bedouin Soundclash starting at 10:30 pm.
Plus take in two celebratory shows of fireworks! 9 pm at City Hall and 12 am at the Rose Theatre.
