Program Information

The City of Brampton has developed Fit Kids and Water Safety, an engaging program for students in grades 1 to 5. This series focuses on the importance of physical activity, nutrition, and water safety. Fit Kids and Water Safety has been developed in agreement with the Ontario Curriculum and each subset of this program corresponds to a strand of the Health and Physical Education core curriculum.
