Engineering & Construction

Engineering & Construction is responsible for the management of various infrastructure projects as part of the City’s 10-Year Roads Capital Program. These projects are for the expansion and improvement of the City’s road network to accommodate the growth of the City. Each project is identified by the City's Transportation and Transit Master Plan (TTMP).

Examples of infrastructure projects include:

  • Road widenings
  • New arterial roads
  • Bridges and grade separations for railway crossings
  • New sidewalks
  • Intersection improvements
