Curling Lessons
October - mid April

Our curling program offers students of all ages a chance to learn the great sport of curling! Our instructors will provide physically involved activities and use structured lessons to teach the core skills needed in curling. Students will get a chance to “hurry hard” on an actual curling rink as well as learn the basic rules and concepts of curling.

Tennis Lessons
October - mid April

We offer lessons for students interested in learning the sport of tennis. Our instructors will provide participants with drills, activities, round robins and structured tournaments. The lessons are modified to comply with the progressive tennis standards recognized by Tennis Canada. Our six indoor tennis courts provided students the opportunity to learn and play tennis on real hard courts! Our City of Brampton tennis information will also be provided to each student.

Mount Chinguacousy Ski & Snowboard Programs / Tubing
January - mid March

Our Snow School Program for skiing and snowboarding is station-based and allows the students to work around the instructors, so that they are always moving. This process also allows the advanced students to progress quickly, leaving the students that need the most instruction right where they need to be, with the instructor. This method of teaching promotes fast learning for students of all ages, including teachers.

The students will follow established routines and instruction. Our staff will teach concepts and skills appropriate to the students’ ages and stages of development based on their perceptions, prior knowledge, attitudes, learning styles and exceptionalities.

Each school package includes the tow fees, all necessary rental equipment including helmet for skiing and snowboarding, 1-hour lesson and free time to practice afterward**.

*Ski or snowboard helmets are mandatory (bicycle helmets not permitted)
