Department Overview:
The Buildings and Property Management Department provides the City of Brampton with strengthened capabilities in four key service areas: Business Planning, Building Design and Construction, Property Management and Realty Services. As the Centre of Excellence for a large and diverse inventory of physical assets, the department comprises all the necessary functions and lines of business to ensure full life-cycle management of City of Brampton's property portfolio.
