Microchip clinics
Wednesdays, September 14 and 28, 6 – 8 pm
For just $30, help your dog or cat find its way home if it gets lost. Register at the shelter, over the phone (905.458.5800) or online at www.brampton.ca

Open house
Saturday, September 17, 10 am – 4 pm
Our favourite day of the year! Join us for a day of family fun – BBQ, dunk tank with Animal Services staff, kids’ activities, photo booth, vendors, pet-themed garage sale, and shelter tours. The open house also kicks off the shelter’s annual adopt-a-thon.

Adopt-a-thon
Saturday, September 17 – Saturday, September 24 (visit website for adoption hours)
Adoption is a loving option! Free adoption of cats, kittens and rabbits all week.

Walk-a-thon for HOPE
Saturday, September 24, 12 pm (registration starts at 11 am – walk starts at the Brampton Animal Shelter)
“Paw” it forward at the annual walk-a-thon in support of the Helping Orphaned Pets in Emergencies (HOPE) Fund. The HOPE Fund relies solely on public donations to help rehabilitate sick and injured animals so they can be adopted into loving homes. In 2015 alone, it helped more than 60 dogs and cats receive upwards of $20,000 in emergency medical procedures.
