Customize your brochure
Residents can now build and print their own personalized brochure, featuring only the programs that interest them. Visit the Registered Program Search page under Recreational Activities, select the filtering options that apply to your family, then click the “My Custom Brochure” button to receive a printable PDF of your favourite programs. You can even put your name on the cover!

Import your program schedule into your calendar
Now email your course schedule to yourself! This feature works with a variety of calendar programs. Log into your account and look for the button "Create Calendar Reminders", click and follow the instructions.

Update your account online
No need to call or visit a recreation centre to update your personal account information. Log into your account online to change your contact information.

Support is available 24/7
Having trouble with the online registration system? Support is now available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 311.

Request a receipt from a previous year
Need last year’s receipt? Call 311 or use the e-registration online contact form and we will be happy to process your request.

Mobile device-friendly
The Recreation Programs and Fitness areas of the City’s website have been recently redesigned to make them more user-friendly, easy to navigate and work better on mobile devices.

These improvements are part of the City’s Customer Service Strategy, which aims to continually enhance the level of service the City of Brampton offers its residents, making it easier and more convenient to access City programs and services. Residents are always welcome to visit a recreation centre for friendly, personalized advice and assistance in selecting and registering for recreation programs.
