Communications from Other Municipalities/Organizations

Resolutions sent to the City of Brampton from other municipalities, local boards and organizations are received by the City Clerk's office. To facilitate a broad sharing of these resolutions in an efficient manner, they are available in the document library you see below.

  • Correspondence and resolutions from Peel Region municipalities and local boards are routinely placed on an appropriate Council or Committee meeting agenda for consideration (e.g., receipt, endorsement and/or referral to staff for review).
  • Correspondence and resolutions from municipalities, local boards, and other organizations outside Peel Region are made available to Members of Council and senior staff, and will only be placed on a meeting agenda at the request of a Member of Council or the Chief Administrative Officer.
