Earth Hour Safety
Remember to be safe during Earth Hour
Brampton Fire & Emergency Services recommends that you use flashlights and battery-powered lanterns during Earth Hour, from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. If you use candles, please:

Use sturdy candleholders. Ones with glass shades or chimneys are best.

Keep candles safely away from anything that can burn.

Keep candles and matches away from children.

Do not leave a lit candle unattended.

Blow out the candle if you leave the room.
