You may pick up documents Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at:

Pick Up by Courier
It is the vendor’s responsibility to make courier arrangements. Notify Purchasing in advance to making courier arrangements. This will ensure bid documents are ready for pick up when the courier arrives.
Request by Email
Email your request to purchasing@brampton.ca for us to either:
- Mail your document(s), or
- Have them ready for a specfic pick-up time.
In your email message be sure to:
- Include the document number
- Provide your Vendor name
- Provide a contact name, address, phone number and fax number
- Tell us your preferred delivery method: mail, courier or pick-up. We will mail your requested document(s) via regular mail OR we will have your package ready for courier or pick-up at the time specified in your email message. Please note: If using courier, the onus is on the Vendor to arrange for courier pick-up.
We DO NOT send documents electronically via email.
