Heart Lake Conservation Area

The Heart Lake Wild Wetland Splash Pad and Pool is open daily from June to September (weather permitting). Visit the Toronto and Region Conservation Area website for more information.

Eldorado Park

Surrounded by a natural forest on the banks of the Credit River, Eldorado Park features the City of Brampton’s only outdoor pool. A perfect place to spend a summer day. Bring your lunch and enjoy the natural scenic surroundings at one of our covered picnic areas. More information can be found here.

  • Types of Fish: Black Crappie, Bluntnose Minnow, Carp, Koi, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Sunfish, Rock Bass, Sucker, Yellow Perch, Jumbo Perch
  • Admission: FREE
  • Boat Rentals: Not available for fishing; shore fishing only
  • Season: Year-round, depending on the weather

Eldorado Park

  • Types of Fish: Trout, Bass, Chubs
  • Admission: FREE
  • Boat Rentals: Not available; shore fishing only
  • Season: June - October
  • Hours of Operation: 9am to dusk

Heart Lake Conservation Area

  • Types of Fish: Rainbow Trout, Natural Bass population
  • Admission: $6 adults (16+), $5 seniors (60+), free children and angling fee
  • Season: April - October
  • Hours of Operation: 9am to sundown
 * Heart Lake: No live bait permitted. Worms and artificial lures are allowed. Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (OMNR) fishing licence not required.
